Austin’s iconic neon signs reflect the city’s identity - conveying creativity, history, and individuality. This project places several recognizable Austin signs into the city’s skyline, reflecting how this art form is embedded in the city’s history and culture.

The piece is designed to function at two scales:

• As a small nightlight souvenir

• A public light installation placed in the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Positioned in this transitional space, the installation celebrates Austin’s visual identity for both residents and travelers.
