During my semester abroad in Paris, exploring the parks and green spaces within the city was one of the most inspiring parts of my experience. For one of my projects at Parsons School of Design, I was therefore inspired to reimagine and redesign Paris park signage. Though this system would ideally be incorporated across all parks as a cohesive visual identity, my prototype focused on Luxembourg Garden - my favorite Paris green space. The priorities when creating this wayfinding system was for it to be clear, accessible, and reflect these areas’ historical significance and representation of Parisian culture and lifestyle.
